This app offers a wide range of guided meditations that can foster greater meaning and purpose, relieve stress, improve sleep, and help release unwanted patterns. The guided meditations in Expand utilize Monroe Sound Science, the institute's proprietary audio technology that uses targeted soundwave patterns to facilitate unique states of consciousness. With Expand, you have the opportunity to tap into the profound wisdom and joy hidden deep within your conscious and subconscious minds.

Expand features over 100 guided meditations, along with multi-day mini-courses, guided reflection and journaling exercises, and custom-generated soundscapes designed to target specific brainwave states. Unlike typical meditation practices that focus solely on clearing the mind, Expand encourages active imagination and perception to achieve specific results. The meditation topics covered include relaxation and healing, joy and meaning, insight and intuition, sleep and dreaming, nurturing healthy relationships, creativity and manifestation, as well as exploring beyond the physical realm.

Developed by the Monroe Institute, a renowned research and educational organization focused on the study and practice of expanded consciousness, Expand offers a comprehensive approach to enhancing your meditation experience. In addition to Expand, the Monroe Institute provides a variety of experiential retreats both virtually and in-person at their 300-acre Virginia campus and other locations around the world.

Subscription pricing options for Expand include an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $69.99 per year or a monthly subscription at $11.99 per month. These subscriptions grant you access to the entire library of guided experiences. Your initial subscription purchase will be charged to the credit card linked to your app store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your app store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be clearly stated. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your app store account settings.
